A: We can accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, L/C, CAD, NET 30 etc..

Can you provide onsite technical service such as installation, commissioning, training?

A: Yes, if it’s needed, we can arrange technical engineer to site for onsite service.

What’s your shipping method

A. Depends on package type and weight, small cargo can be shipped by air, heavy cargo can be shipped by sea or air, we can arrange shipping for you or you can let your agent to pick up from our site.

Do you accept OEM /ODM business?

A. Yes, we can provide OEM/ODM service according to your requirements.

For tender project, what’s your protection policy?

A .Normally we will protect the first client who contacted us if they need us to this.

Which currency do you accept?

A . We can accept the main international currency, including USD, Euro, GBP, AUD, CAD, CNY etc..

What’s your quotation valid date?

A.Normally 60days, please check with us before confirm to end user.

Can you provide certificate of origin?

A.Yes we can provide it for all of our products, if it’s useful to you.

What’s the warranty of your product? What will be provided within the warranty?

A: Normally the warranty of our products are 24 months upon arrival at your site, we can provide free replacements if it’s needed(not include international freight); and onsite service(not include international flights, hotels, foods).
