This scratch resistance tester is applicable to evaluation of scratch resistance of single coating or composite coating system of coated plate The scratch resistance of the coating shall be evaluated according to whether the spherical steel stylus scratches the coating or the maximum weight of the steel stylus that does not scratch the coating under a certain weight.
The scratch tester is mainly used to evaluate the scratch resistance of paint or coating surface.
It can be used for testing the ductility and damage condition of single coating layer and multi layer coating on base.
This tester is used for impact testing of coatings on metal base.
The T-shaped bending machine meets the requirements of the folding method (folding around the test panel itself) in the standard of GB/T 30791 (the main drafting unit of the standard) and ISO 17132 "Paint and Varnish T-Bend Test". It has the characteristics of compact structure, simple appearance and convenient use. It is an ideal equipment for measuring the bending resistance of colored steel plates and aluminum plates.
It is designed according to the latest standard GB/T 6742-2007 and ISO 1519: 2002 "Type Ⅱ" instrument requirements, used to evaluate the crack resistance and resistance of the coating of paint, varnish or related products when bent around a cylindrical shaft under standard conditions / Or the ability to peel off from metal or plastic substrates.
The instrument is composed of three PVCA rollers arranged side by side and rotates around the pivot, which can effectively prevent the coating from being damaged and shear stress during the test.
The conical mandrel bending tester is used to evaluate the crack resistance of coating of paint, varnish or related products when bent around a tapered shaft under specific conditions. The instrument allows the coating to be stretched under different diameters through a variable cone diameter, and can accurately evaluate the adhesion performance of the coating film.
It's used to test the adhesive and ductility of coatings & paints after bended.
The Buchholz indentation tester is capable for testing the pressure resistance of single or multi layer coatings, but not suitable for high elsatic coatings. The tester is complete with 1pc steel block with 2 supporting point, a round press plate with sharp edge, and a 20× microscope.
