Cylinder Bend Tester

It is designed according to the latest standard GB/T 6742-2007 and ISO 1519: 2002 "Type Ⅱ" instrument requirements, used to evaluate the crack resistance and resistance of the coating of paint, varnish or related products when bent around a cylindrical shaft under standard conditions / Or the ability to peel off from metal or plastic substrates. The instrument is composed of three PVCA rollers arranged side by side and rotates around the pivot, which can effectively prevent the coating from being damaged and shear stress during the test.

The shaft rods are all precision machined from high-hardness stainless steel; the 2mm and 3mm shaft rods are specially hardened, so they will not be deformed even if the thick test plate is bent

Appropriate test panel size: length is 120mm~150mm; width is less than 80mm; thickness is less than 1.0mm (when using shaft rod under 10mm for bending, the thickness of test panel should not be greater than 0.5mm)
