IV Operating instructionsThe appearance diagram of the instrument is shown in the figure.1 After unpacking, connect the instrument power line and connect the power supply.
2 Prepare the sample according to the treatment requirements for the sample in GB 19083-2010.3 Unscrew three butterfly nuts (4) at the sample plate, remove the sample clamping upper plate (5), and remove the sampleLay flat on the sample clamping lower plate (6), then cover the sample clamping upper plate (5), tighten the butterfly nut (4) and clamp the sample. (Note: the O-ring between the two sample plates must be well preserved. If it is lost, the test cannot be carried out. The sample must be placed in the middle on the lower plate.)
4 Turn on the "power" switch on the instrument panel and press the "reset" key to reset the panelReset the upper air flow resistance display meter (if the reset is not complete, press the "reset" button several times until the display meter is completely cleared), press the "start" button on the instrument panel, rotate the flow adjustment knob (3) on the instrument platform clockwise, and the suction work starts.5 Observe the flowmeter (2) on the left side of the instrument so that the upper end plane of the flowmeter rotor is in
When it is between 5.1 m3 / h and 5.3 m3 / h [(85 2) l / min] and stable, stop rotating the flow adjustment knob (3). At this time, read the maximum value displayed in the lower window on the right side of the air flow resistance display table on the panel, which is the suction resistance of the sample.6 Turn the flow adjustment knob counterclockwise to the minimum and close it, and press the "clear" button,Cut off the air supply. (in the test, if the air flow resistance of the tested sample exceeds the set value of 1000Pa, the system will automatically alarm and cut off the air source immediately.)
7 If the final result f 343.2pa, the sample is qualified.8 Repeat steps 5 to 7 until all samples are tested.9 After the test, turn off the "test power switch". Clean the sample and impurities on the sample plate.
10 The time relay on the instrument is used to measure the suction resistance of the sample per unit timeFor comparison test, this function can not be used in standard test steps.V Precautions and instrument maintenance
1. If the alarm sound is heard and the alarm light is on after the test, it indicates that the suction resistance of the sample has exceeded the set value of 1000Pa, the "clear" button must be pressed immediately to protect the instrument.2. All parameters of the air flow resistance display table have been set, and non professional maintenance personnel shall not modify them without authorization.3. The flowmeter must be used within the flow range, and it is strictly prohibited to use it beyond the range.
