    Structural Features:

    The studio adopts 304 mirror stainless steel plate, processed and formed through integrated molding process, with absolute rounded corners and seamless joints. All components in the studio can be quickly disassembled and disassembled, making it easy to clean and disinfect.

    The working room is designed with built-in circulating air ducts to slowly and evenly deliver clean and moist air to the chamber, ensuring that all cells are under the same conditions and do not become dry.

    High performance HEPA filters are designed in the circulating air path of the studio, which can effectively clean microorganisms and particles in the airflow and prevent contamination of the culture.

    There is an integrated stainless steel humidification water tray at the bottom of the studio, which is convenient for adding water and cleaning.

    Features

    Door Temperature Heating System:

    The CO2 incubator door can heat the inner glass door, effectively preventing condensation water from the glass door and preventing the possibility of microbial contamination caused by condensation water from the glass door.


    CO2 Gas Path System:

    Adopting imported far-infrared CO2 sensors, which are more stable and reliable compared to traditional thermal conductivity sensors, and have a longer service life.

    Compared to traditional thermal conductivity sensors, the monitoring of CO2 sensors is not affected by temperature and humidity, and can quickly restore the set CO2 concentration after opening and closing the door. And long-term use does not require frequent calibration.

    ● The air inlet is equipped with an efficient microbial filter for diameters greater than or equal to 0.3 μ M particles, with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99%, effectively filter bacteria and dust particles in CO2 gas.

    Sterilization System:

    Adopting a 140 ° C high-temperature sterilization system, the high-temperature sterilization system can simplify the cleaning process without the need for separate high-pressure sterilization treatment of each component. A simple sterilization program can quickly sterilize all surfaces inside the incubator studio, effectively eliminating biological pollutants such as fungi, molds, bacterial propagules, and spores.


    Control System:

    Adopting a PID microcomputer control system and a true color touch operation interface. Replacing the traditional button operation method, the operation is simple and precise;

    ● It can display real-time operation curves and has a curve summary function, allowing direct viewing of the changes in three sets of curves: temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration.

    Equipped with automatic control function for the speed of the circulating fan, which can avoid sample volatilization caused by excessive air volume during the test process;

    Equipped with CO2 concentration correction function.

    Equipped with overtemperature sound and light alarm function, which automatically stops heating when overtemperature occurs, ensuring safe operation of the experiment;

    ● Alarm for high or low CO2 concentratio.

    ● It has the function of automatically stopping operation when opening the door.
