This instrument uses internationally popular heat flow meters to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, and is equipped with a computer to achieve fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports. Redesigned on the basis of our company's DRPL-I flat plate heat flux meter thermal conductivity tester to adapt to 400 × four hundred × (5-100) Testing requirements for insulation bricks.

Standard: ASTM C518-04, Test Method for Determining Steady State Heat Flux and Heat Transfer Characteristics by Heat Flow Meter Method; GB10295-88 Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials (heat flux meter method).

    Technical Parameter

    1. Thermal conductivity range: Plate sample 0.001-5W/mk, accuracy ± 3%,

    2. Hot surface temperature: Room temperature -99.99 , measured using a high degree digital display meter, with an accuracy of 0.2 level and a resolution of 0.01 .

    3. Cold surface temperature: 5-99.99 , measured using a high degree digital display meter, with a precision of 0.2 level and a resolution of 0.01 .

    4. Hot surface temperature control: room temperature -99.99 , using a high degree programmable digital display meter for temperature measurement, with a precision of 0.2 level and a resolution of 0.01 . It is equipped with a flat plate heater and bidirectional thyristor control.

    5. The cold surface is controlled by a high-precision constant temperature water tank.

    6. Using computer automated testing.

    7. Heat flow rate range: 0.5-2000W/m2, with a braiding rate of 0.25 W/m2.

    8. Heat transfer area of hot and cold plates: 400 × 400 (mm).

    9. Adjustable spacing between hot and cold plates: 0-100 (mm).
