Introduction

This testing instrument is designed for user-friendly operation and features automated testing once parameters are set, making it an ideal choice for evaluating the resistance of concrete specimens to sulfate attack.
Equipped with an industrial computer control system, the entire testing process is fully automated, allowing users to easily access historical data, trend curves, running time, and test frequency.
The computer-controlled testing machine is constructed with a fully stainless steel chamber, a refrigeration system, a heating system, and an in-out liquid system, ensuring safe and reliable long-term use.

Operating Procedures

1. According to standard requirements, prepare the dried and cooled (100×100×100) mm specimens.
2. Place the specimens and two specimen racks into the test chamber, with a spacing of 20mm between the specimens and a clearance of not less than 20mm between the specimens and the chamber sidewalls.
3. Position the temperature sensor at the center of the upper specimen rack and secure the chamber door.
4. Pour 320kg of prepared 5% Na2SO4 solution into the liquid storage tank and close the tank lid.
5. Check that the drainage valves of the test chamber and liquid storage tank are closed, and the valves on the connecting pipelines are open.
6. Power on the equipment, open the software, input the test information, and start the test.
7. After the test is completed, remove the specimens and racks, and clean the racks. Immediately connect the cleaning device to the test chamber, fill the cleaning device's storage tank with water, and open the cleaning pipeline valve.
8. Press the manual "water in" and "drain" buttons on the test chamber panel to clean the equipment's circulation pipeline, while also flushing the test chamber and liquid storage tank with clean water to wash them well.
