Features & Functions
1. Host: The machine adopts a double arm gantry structure, and the beam can be adjusted steplessly for lifting and lowering. After replacing the column, screw, and cover, the test space can be changed. The transmission system is composed of a servo controlled special reducer, an arc synchronous toothed belt, and a screw pair, ensuring smooth operation, high efficiency, and low noise.
2. Fixture: Standard configuration: one set of wedge type stretching fixture, compression fixture, and bending fixture each. The wedge type stretching attachment adopts a manual rotation clamping method, which is convenient, reliable, and does not slip. The jaw does not move during the clamping process, and the clamp moves up and down specifically. The sample is not subjected to additional forces, ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
3. Adopting Japanese Panasonic AC servo motors and drivers, the system and components have strong universality, convenient maintenance, stable and reliable performance, and are equipped with protective devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, and overload. The speed regulation ratio can reach 1:5000.
4. Automatic shift: Automatically switch to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of measurement data; Real physical zero adjustment, gain adjustment, and automatic shifting, zero adjustment, calibration, and storage of experimental force measurement have been achieved, without any analog adjustment links, and the control circuit is highly integrated.
5. Conditional storage: Test control data and sample conditions can be made into modules, making it convenient for batch testing.
6. Automatic transmission: The speed of moving the crossbeam during the test can be automatically changed according to a pre-set program.
7. Automatic calibration: The system can automatically calibrate the accuracy of indication;
8. Automatic saving: After the experiment is completed, the test data and curves are automatically saved;
9. Process implementation: The experimental process, measurement, display, and analysis are all completed by a microcomputer;
10. Batch testing: For samples with the same parameters, one set can be completed sequentially;
