Product Introduction
The tapping density meter is a specialized instrument for detecting the compaction density of powders. The instrument is manufactured and produced according to the national standard GB/T5162-202X, and complies with the relevant provisions of the international standard ISO 3953-2011. It is a universal instrument for measuring the compacted density of powders. The instrument is also equipped with software and weighing equipment, and the measured data can be automatically uploaded to the software for the software to calculate the test results. The results include four items: tap density, Housnaby, loose density, and compressibility. The flowability of the powder can be determined based on the compressibility of the tested powder and the Hausner ratio.
Pour a certain amount of powder into a measuring cylinder, and through the up and down vibration of the instrument, the surface of the powder will continuously decrease. When it reaches a certain level and there is no further decrease in the powder, read the volume of the powder, and divide the mass by the volume to obtain the tap density.
The instrument mainly consists of a speed regulating motor, photoelectric automatic sensor, microcomputer counting and timing dual function display, vibration components, measuring cylinder fixed bracket, vibration platform and other related accessories.
