Standard:TAPPI T 275, TAPPI UM 242
Operational principle
Uses a vibrating vacuum suction to screen the fibers of the pulp after it has been beaten. Uses a speed reducer to drive the cam through a connecting shaft, which vibrates the bottom plate up and down, causing high-frequency vibration of the pulp. Qualified pulp passes through the screen gap, while unqualified fibers and slag remain on the screen plate.
Features
Low vibration, low noise, and small machine size
The sieve plate is easy to replace and easy to operate
Different frequencies can be adjusted according to the slurry to achieve the best results, providing the most reliable experimental data for production
Can be equipped with sieve plates with different gaps, and the machine can also be used as a flat sieve.
Small volume, adjustable vibration frequency, simple disassembly of the sieve plate, convenient operation.
