Wood Chip Classifier

Wood chip sieve is used to quickly and accurately screen the size and thickness of wood chips used in the production of chemical or mechanical pulp. Place the standard size sieve on a mechanical device that shakes at a specified frequency, place the weighed wood chips on the top sieve of the instrument, and the instrument will vibrate horizontally at the specified frequency. Then, the wood chips will pass through each sieve (different diameter sieve holes and narrow grooves) from the top sieve, collect the wood chips on each sieve, and weigh them to calculate the percentage of wood chips of different sizes in the total sample. The purpose of screening is to separate impurities such as fragments from mechanical pulp, as well as large viscous substances, plastics, sediment, iron filings, and sheet-like substances in recycled fibers of pulp, and then conduct inspection and quantification.
