Imported compressor, proportional refrigeration technology, intelligent adjustment of refrigeration system output according to external load conditions;
Intelligent PID control technology, intelligent adjustment of heating power in the system;
Closed and expanded system, the thermal oil operates at room temperature inside the expansion tank regardless of whether it is high or low temperature, which allows the thermal oil to be used in a wider temperature range
The liquid in the expansion tank is always maintained at room temperature, and the system does not deteriorate due to the absorption of moisture from the air, as the low-temperature heat transfer medium does not come into contact with the moisture in the air during high and low temperatures
The volume involved in the internal circulation is small, and the external application heats up and cools down quickly
Dual over temperature alarm technology, with a safety temperature sensor in the working chamber at the first level. In case of liquid leakage or insufficient liquid, the heater power can be cut off to protect the equipment; Level 2 software provides high and low temperature alarms for both high and low temperatures, ensuring absolute safety of equipment operation
High quality circulation pump with strong circulation capacity, ensuring temperature consistency in internal pipelines and external applications;
Set temperature, material temperature, outlet temperature, and temperature curve can all be displayed on the screen, and all parameters are clear at a glance. [Material temperature control is an optional function]
Optional serial port RS485 RTU communication interface can be configured to achieve remote monitoring and remote start stop functions.
The safety certification of DIN12876-1 standard confirms the use of flammable bath solutions.
