2005SH High low temperature circulators
1. 4.3-inch TFT color large screen display, with a maximum display accuracy of 0.01, multiple interfaces can be freely switched, and the machine's set temperature, actual temperature, liquid level, heating, cooling, speed, running/stopping and other operating states can be displayed on the screen;
2. Small in size, the machine is designed with moving and handling handles at the front and back, making it very convenient for users to handle the machine. The machine can be directly placed on the desktop, in the ventilation cabinet, or on the ground for use, and a mobile cart can be optionally selected for ground use;
3. Three temperature setting methods:
1) The temperature can be set by pressing the button to increase or decrease by 0.1 degrees or 0.01 degrees;
2) You can also long press the button to quickly increase and decrease;
3) Quickly move the cursor to directly change the set value;
4. The combination of high-efficiency compressor and intermediate PID control technology is more energy-efficient, with more stable temperature and a stability of ± 0.03 ℃;
5. The maximum CIT temperature is 200 ℃;
6. Two point calibration function, which can conveniently calibrate the temperature of two temperature points;
7. Immersion pressure suction pump, with liquid pumped out at the pressure end and liquid pumped in at the suction end, can achieve multifunctional use of one machine. It is recommended to use external circulation for small opening bath design;
8. Closed external circulation function: The equipped external circulation pump can be used for closed external circulation constant temperature applications such as reactor temperature control, condenser cooling, etc;
9. Open external circulation function: Optional liquid level controller can achieve constant temperature circulation of external open containers, providing constant temperature for external open large opening containers and conducting more sample experiments;
10. International standard M16x1 connecting nut, which can be configured with different joints to meet the needs of different external circulation pipe diameters;
11. The heating and cooling functions, as well as the circulation function, can be independently controlled or automatically controlled simultaneously
12. Third level safety protection: The first level is low liquid level protection. When the liquid level is low, it reminds the user that they can perform liquid addition operation. If they do not add liquid after waiting, they will stop the machine; Second level adjustable hardware safety temperature protection, which can promptly cut off the power supply of the heater during dry burning; The third level can set high and low temperature limits. When the detected temperature exceeds the set value, an alarm and shutdown will be triggered. Various alarm codes will be displayed directly, and the error point can be determined directly. The buzzer can be set to silent or audible when an alarm is triggered;
13. Corrosion resistant stainless steel SUS304 water tank and stainless steel SUS304 cooling coil, which do not produce copper green or rust after long-term use;
14. There are three operation modes to choose from, which can be set to automatically run when powered on (continue to run when power is restored after an unexpected power outage). The three operation modes are detailed as follows:
Mode 1: When the power supply of the device is disconnected during operation, the next time the device is powered on, it will be in a normal stop state, and the set value can be changed (normal normal mode);
Mode 2: When the power is disconnected during device operation, the device will automatically run the next time it is powered on, and the set value can be changed (it will continue to run when power is restored after an unexpected power outage);
Mode 3: When the power supply is disconnected during device operation, the device will automatically run the next time it is powered on, and the set value cannot be changed (it will continue to run when power is restored after an unexpected power outage).
