    This is a 3-station Oxygen transmission rate (OTR) tester, it can simultaneous test 3 samples in single test. It's suitable for testing of film, sheets, containers.

     

    Features

    High precision Coulomb oxygen sensor improves testing accuracy and stability

    Three testing chambers are completely independent and can simultaneously test three identical or different samples

    Wide range, high precision, and automated temperature and humidity control to meet various testing conditions

    Unique testing structure, with three chambers tested at the same temperature and humidity, ensuring consistency in testing conditions across different chambers

    The experimental results support multi format storage and data output, including experimental report Excel and cloud sharing

    Complies with GMP user multi-level permissions

    Single and group statistical analysis of experimental results can be conducted

    Equipped with ISP online control and upgrade functions, and can remotely change the testing function according to requirements

    Specialized computer communication software for real-time display of experiments, data analysis and processing, and data storage

     

    Test method

    The processed sample is clamped on the test chamber. Oxygen or air flows on one side of the film, and high-purity nitrogen flows on the other side of the film. Oxygen molecules diffuse through the film to high-purity nitrogen on the other side, which is carried to the sensor by flowing nitrogen. After the oxygen concentration measured by the sensor is analyzed, oxygen transmission test data is issued after reaching osmotic balance.
