5008AH High low temperature circulators
4.3-inch TFT color large screen display, with a maximum display accuracy of 0.001. Multiple interfaces can be freely switched, and the machine's set temperature, actual temperature, liquid level, heating, cooling, speed, running/stopping and other operating states can be displayed on the screen, with a maximum temperature of 200 ℃;
● Real time display of temperature curve;
The brightness of the color screen can be adjusted according to the ambient brightness, with touch control to achieve the best display effect and protect the user's eyes;
The display accuracy can be arbitrarily set to 0.1/0.01/0.001, and the temperature display unit can be switched between Celsius ℃ and Fahrenheit ℉;
The Chinese and English operating interfaces can be freely switched;
● Four level safety protection, compliant with DIN12876 standard, safety level III/FL, can use flammable bath solution;
● First level low liquid level protection, when the liquid level is low, an alarm will be triggered and the heater power will be cut off to prevent dry burning;
The second level adjustable safety temperature protection allows users to accurately set the safety protection temperature based on the ignition point of the liquid used, achieving precise safety protection by promptly cutting off the power supply to the heater during dry burning;
The third level can set high and low temperature limit protection. When the detected temperature exceeds the set value, an alarm and shutdown will be triggered, and flammable and non flammable liquids can be used;
The fourth level intelligent adjustable speed pump automatically adjusts the output power, pump pressure, and flow rate of the circulation pump when the viscosity of the bath liquid changes, effectively protecting the circulation pump and extending its service life.
Control temperature sensor Pt100, safety temperature sensor Pt1000
During warning and alarm, reminders are displayed on the interface and beep sounds are used to increase the safety of equipment use;
Strong pressure suction circulation pump, with a maximum pressure of 0.7 bar, a maximum suction of 0.4 bar, a maximum flow rate of 33.3L/Min, and adjustable speed. Users can adjust the required pressure suction and flow rate according to specific applications, which can better meet more external circulation needs and can run continuously for 24 hours for a long time;
Accurate and stable temperature control: Three point calibration function ensures the accuracy of instrument temperature; Level III PID control, equipped with PID sensors with adjustable control parameters, temperature stability ± 0.02;
● It has both heating and cooling functions, with fast heating and cooling speeds, and can easily achieve precise control of any temperature between -40 ℃ and 200 ℃;
CIT refrigeration technology has a wide cooling range and can activate the refrigeration system for cooling even at high temperatures of 200 degrees Celsius;
● Internal circulation: maintenance free pressure/suction pump, internal circulation can stir the bath in both horizontal and vertical directions, making the bath temperature more uniform;
● External circulation: The pump pressure and flow rate automatically adapt to external loads. The international standard M16x1 connecting nut can be configured with different joints to meet the needs of different external circulation pipe diameters;

Equipped with a drain valve, it is convenient for users to drain the liquid completely;
Compact cooling coil design ensures larger built-in space;
● Front and rear embedded handle design, making it easy to move the device;
There are three operation modes to choose from, which can be set to automatically run when powered on (continue to run when powered on after unexpected power failure). The three operation modes are detailed as follows:
Mode 1: When the power supply of the device is disconnected during operation, the next time the device is powered on, it will be in a normal stop state, and the set value can be changed (normal normal mode).
Mode 2: When the power supply is disconnected during device operation, the device will automatically run the next time it is powered on, and the set value can be changed (it will continue to run when power is restored after an unexpected power outage).
Mode 3: When the power supply is disconnected during device operation, the device will automatically run the next time it is powered on, and the set value cannot be changed (it will continue to run when power is restored after an unexpected power outage).
The detachable dust cover for the air inlet is very easy to maintain;
