DIN Schopper Abrasion Tester

Used to test the wear resistance of fabrics, mostly for testing automotive interior materials. The instrument design is compact and sturdy, including a clamping device for an obtuse angle conical chuck, a loading platform for fixing the friction head, and a control and driving unit. All components are designed reasonably and easy to operate. For the convenience of preparing and lightly clamping the sample, the instrument is equipped with an adjustable ring wrench to test the expansion height. During the experiment, the specimen is placed on the plane of the friction head and subjected to a rotational motion for friction.
