The instrument uses an electric loading mechanism and multiple sets of springs to achieve uniform loading. It’s suitable for bending strength testing of engineering ceramics, electric porcelain, daily ceramics, ceramic pipes, brick and tile products, refractory materials. Using suitable fixtures can also be used to determine the properties such as breaking resistance and compressive strength. It can load at a constant rate and display the loading rate digitally.

Structure And Working Principle
Structure
The instrument consists of an electric loading mechanism, a workbench, a detection device, a digital display device and a control system.
Working Principle
First, select and install the sample fixture on the workbench according to the test requirements, and place the sample on the workbench fixture. Turn on the oil pump motor and turn the loading switch to the "loading" position. The piston drives the workbench and the sample up. When the sample comes into contact with the upper knife edge, it starts to load on the sample, and the upper knife edge is connected with the combined spring. The Gram's law makes the loading at a uniform speed, and its force is transmitted to the digital display through the pressure sensor. When the test sample is broken or broken, the digital display retains its maximum value and stops loading. When the switch is turned to "unloading", it will drive the workbench and clamps down, and when the switch is turned to the middle position, the movement will stop.
