Linear Drying Time Recorder
Six paddles with hemispherical contacts mounted on a carriage.
The stroke bar is driven by the carriage and comes into contact with the new coating layer. It starts from one end and moves longitudinally on the sample. The moving time can be measured by a scale on the edge of the instrument, corresponding to each drying stage of the observation trajectory. The coating was pre-coated on a glass strip having a width of 23 mm and a length of 340 mm, and was applied using a square preparation device.
