Minimum Film Formation Temperature Tester

This tester is used to test the minimum film formation temperature of the resin glue emulsion, it means format uniform crack-free film under gradient heat drying condition. The main structure is a metal gradient board, there is cooling and heating source at the ends of board, thus will generate a temperature gradient on the metal board, coat a continuous wet film with uniform thickness on the gradient board, dry air flow to dry the sample, meanwhile the water in sample will be evaporated thus will form film, as temperature on board is different thus will result in different film formation position, find the junction point of continuous transparent film and white opaque film, the junction point temperature can be obtained on the screen, this is so called the minimum film formation temperature.
