NF P92-505 Thermal Radiation Droplet Tester

The thermal radiation droplet tester is developed according to NF P92-505 and EU 95/28/EC fire retardant testing standard.An upper radiation heat source is applied to the sample for 30KW/m2 thermal radiation, which may cause combustion of released gas, and then observe whether the sample will produce droplets and cause combustion of fiber cotton.

    Features                                   

    1. Stainless steel radiator bracket, which can rotate 90 degrees for quick testing;

    2. Equipped with a height measuring tool for the distance between the sample and the thermal radiation device, making it easy to adjust the test height;

    3. Epiradiator thermal radiation device, capable of providing 30KW/m2 thermal radiation flux;

    4. The panel displays the operating power value of the thermal radiation device, eliminating frequent calibration procedures;

    5. The power controller controls the radiation output and can adjust the radiation flux of the thermal radiation device;

    6. Equipped with samples and cotton trays, adjustable in height and easy to evacuate radiation sources.
