Test method

A (static pressure test)

Test the toe cap with the testing machine at a constant rate until the pressure value reaches the specified value, and measure the minimum height of the clay cylinder in the test toe cap to evaluate the compression resistance of safety shoes or protective toe caps with its size.

B (puncture test)

By driving the puncture nail through the testing machine at a certain speed to puncture the sole of the shoe until the sole is completely pierced or reaches a specified force, the puncture nail is exposed at the maximum force required for the sole to be completely pierced or at a specified force to evaluate the puncture resistance performance of safety shoes, protective shoes, or professional shoes with anti puncture midsole.
