Working principle:
CXZ type sanitary ceramics flushing test device adopts frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system as the pressure supply unit of the device. After the test starts, the pressure and flow signals of the flushing water flow are detected by the pressure sensor and the flow sensor installed on the outlet pipe, and fed back to the control system, which compares the feedback signal with the set signal and adjusts the water supply output of the system according to the actual situation. At the same time, the water consumption of the sample is weighed with an electronic scale, so as to realize the detection of the flushing performance of sanitary ware.
