    Features                                   

    1. Stainless steel test box, with fire-resistant material on the inner wall and transparent observation window;

    2. Stainless steel tubular air inlet device, equipped with filtering device to shield indoor pollution sources;

    3. 45 degree testing bracket, equipped with stainless steel indicator ruler, to calculate the flame propagation distance;

    4. Epiradiator thermal radiation device, capable of providing 30KW/m2 thermal radiation flux;

    5. The power controller controls the radiation output and can adjust the radiation flux of the thermal radiation device;

    6. The panel displays the operating power value of the thermal radiation device, eliminating frequent calibration procedures;

    7. The upper and lower stainless steel burners can

    ignite the combustible gases emitted;

    8. The needle valve can control the flame height of the upper and lower burners, equipped with flame height measuring tools;

    9. Changming small flame device, convenient ignition of upper and lower burners before testing;

    10. One quarter rotary plug device, convenient for cutting off the burner and igniting flame gas;

    11. The top and air inlet thermocouples monitor the temperature and display the real-time temperature difference value status;

    12. Standard testing software that can automatically calculate flame generation index, combustion heat generation index, etc;

    13. Built in test reports, data can be output and printed, with a user-friendly interface;

    14. The test data are: flame generation index, average flame height index, longest flame index, and combustion heat generation index.
