The ultrasonic cleaning machine converts the high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator into high-frequency mechanical oscillation through a transducer, and transmits it to the inner groove to trigger the flow of the cleaning solution, generating tens of thousands of microbubbles. These microbubbles produce a strong "cavitation" effect under the action of the sound field, continuously impacting the surface of the cleaned part, peeling insoluble dirt off its surface, and also decomposing and emulsifying oily dirt, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the cleaned part. It has the characteristics of high cleaning rate, low residue, and is not limited by the shape of the cleaned parts. It is an ideal cleaning equipment for deep hole, blind hole, and groove objects.
