Rubber film, It can be used with the burst tester to accurately test the burst value of the sample.

Operation Instructions
Prepare the test piece:
1. Select test pieces from the same batch of samples.
2. Use a standard cutter and a test piece machine to cut the standard specification test pieces required for the test.
Confirmations
1. Confirm whether the machine is connected to a power supply that meets the specifications (if the voltage is unstable or the instrument is garbled, please turn off the power and restart it).
2. Confirm whether there is glycerin in the glycerin cup and whether the rubber film is damaged (see the appendix for specific operations).
3. Confirm whether the air pressure is normal. (Whether the air pressure source is above 3bar)
Operation instructions
Connect power supply and turn on the power, display will run automatic calibration procedure and reset;
Make sure there is 2/3 full cup of glycerin, make sure the screw nut is fastened
After checking, place the sample on the center of the platens;
Press reset key, make the display value is zero;
Then press “Start” key to enter test, can press emergency stop key if any special condition happened, also can press “Stop” key to let instrument stop;
After first test, press “Save” key to save the first group data; then perform the second test, then press “Save” key to save the second group data; And so on, can save up to 12 group data; After that can revoke the 12 groups data and print out;
Pressing the “Reset” key by 3 secs can delete the data and do new test.
Rubber film replacement
Use wrench to take out the lower platen, take out the rubber film, after fill in glycerin replace with new rubber film, press the rubber film with upper platen and then lock with lower platen locking ring.
After rubber film is replaced, release the screw nut on the cup, press the rubber film by hand to exhaust the bubble in the oil cup till no any bubble, then fixing the screw nuts on the cup.
Calibrations
1. Correction device: special corrector for rupture machine
2. Calibration period: one year
3. Calibration procedures:
1. Turn on the power button of the monitor and press the reset button to reset the monitor.
2. Remove the glycerin cup and connect the calibration pressure converter.
3. Place a wooden board between the upper and lower pressure plates, and tighten the platens to press tightly, turn on the power switch with left hand, and press the handle clockwise with right hand until the display shows about 10 kgf/cm2, immediately turn off the power of the motor and turn it clockwise of the belt to let monitor shows: 20 kgf/cm2, 40kgf/cm2, 60 kgf/cm2, 80 kgf/cm2, 100 kgf/cm2.
4. Observe whether the value displayed on the control panel is the same as the value displayed on the calibrator.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning: Keep the machine clean at all times, and wipe the machine with cotton cloth before and after each use to keep it clean.
2. Anti-rust: Spray anti-rust oil on the surface of the machine once a week (note: wipe off after 2 hours).
3. Engine oil: Lubricate the transmission parts (such as bearings) of the machine regularly every month (you can choose ordinary lubricating oil).
4. Regularly check whether the gear oil of the reducer needs to be refilled or replaced every year.
5. Glycerin should be completely replaced every six months.
