1. Equipment composition

The entire instrument consists of a sealed test chamber, a photometer measurement system, an alcohol tray, a combustion system, an igniter, a test box, a cable support, a temperature measuring instrument, and smoke density testing software; The circuit is developed using a microcontroller, with high technical content and stable performance. This instrument is suitable for all cables and is widely used by production factories and research and testing units in the wire and cable industry. The test chamber is a test cube with a volume of 27m³_.

1. Combustion chamber: Internal size: 3M × 3M ×  3M has a total of 27 cubic meters. It can be a brick wall structure or a steel plate structure, chosen by the customer.

2. Optical measuring device:

A. Imported quartz halogen light source: nominal power 100W, nominal voltage 12V, nominal light return: 2000-3000Lm.

B. Receiver: It is a silicon photocell, with a transmittance of 0% indicating no light passing through, and a transmittance of 100% indicating complete light passing through without obstruction.

3. Standard ignition source:

4. Smoke mixing: Use a desktop fan to evenly distribute smoke in the combustion chamber.

6. Temperature measuring device: A temperature sensor is installed at a height of 1.5M from the ground and 0.5M from the wall on the inside of the door.
