This instrument is a high-temperature thermal conductivity testing instrument for insulation materials developed based on our factory's DRS-2 water flow flat plate method thermal conductivity tester. Compared with DRS-2, it has improved resolution and automation, shortened testing time, made maintenance easier, and made instrument performance more reliable. This instrument is suitable for testing the thermal conductivity of materials such as refractory insulation, ceramic fibers, felt, textiles, boards, bricks, etc. at different temperatures. Widely used in material analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production plants.

    Including one DRS-3B testing host, one set of software, one set of testing thermocouples, one roll of rubber water pipe (instrument needs to be connected to tap water), one set of vacuum sealing device, one vacuum pump, and one desktop computer (can be provided by the purchaser).

    Optional items

    Multiple layers of testing can be selected according to customer requirements. An additional testing thermocouple is required for each additional layer, and the cost will be calculated separately.
