This instrument is used to measure the expansion and contraction properties of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glaze, refractory materials, as well as glass bottle bodies such as ampoules and injection bottles during the heating and roasting process at high temperatures.

    Main technical parameters

    1. Adopting vertical and push rod type, easy to load and unload samples;

    2. Maximum operating temperature: 1000 , with an adjustable heating rate of 0-50 degrees per minute;

    3. Voltage: AC 220V; Heating furnace power: 2000W;

    4. Strong compatibility with samples, capable of measuring the expansion coefficient of glass rods, tubes, plates, and finished products. Sample size: Ф (6-32) × (30-70) mm (glass bottle body within 30ml) or Ф (5-81) × H (110-182) mm (500ml inner glass bottle), other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements; The oversized sample can be easily disassembled and cut into the above shape; (Ampoules, penicillin bottles, and other glass bottle bodies can be directly used as samples for determination without the need for cutting)

    5. The instrument can be displayed online with a computer and can print out the expansion curve, all raw data, and Tf points, and calculate the linear expansion coefficient and Tg point;

    6. Temperature fluctuation in the heating furnace:  ± 1 ;

    8. Temperature control accuracy: from room temperature to 600 , the temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ; 600  to 1000 , with a temperature control accuracy of ± 2 ;

    9. The measurement resolution is 0.1 micrometers, and the testing accuracy is ± a × zero point one × 10-6K-1;

    10. The software can automatically calculate the linear expansion coefficient and obtain the expansion rate curve, Tg, and Tf points when processing data.

    11. Test frame material: quartz.

    12. Heating element: high-temperature resistance wire.

    One vertical push rod dilatometer testing host, one set of testing software, one quartz standard sample, one air compressor, one standard sample, and one desktop computer (configured according to the contract).
