Dumbbell Shaped Gap Specimen Making Apparatus

The universal prototype is mainly composed of cutting, milling curve dumbbell shaped, and milling notches which is mainly used for impact notch splines of non-metallic materials such as plastics, organic glass, fiberglass, and carbon fiber, dumbbell shaped specimens for tensile testing, and rectangular specimens for Vicat temperature, thermal deformation temperature, compression, and bending tests.

    Features

    1. The number of samples produced in a single batch for the gap part can reach 24. After the first batch of samples is processed, the next batch of samples does not require tool alignment.

    2. The cutting part has optimized the product structure, electrical machinery, and spindle, greatly improving accuracy, and is no longer limited to rough machining. The rectangular sample can be directly cut into shape without the need for secondary processing.

    3. The base connecting plate and other materials are all made of 12mm thick medium carbon steel integrated processing and forming (non welding), with surface precision grinding treatment to ensure the integrity and flatness of the equipment. The machine body has good rigidity, and the processed samples do not vibrate, resulting in a long service life.

    4. Dumbbell type and notch type sample preparation both have automatic feeding function.

    5. Special tools for processing different types of specimens

    6. A wide range of materials can be processed such as plastic, organic glass, fiberglass, carbon fiber, etc.

    7. 4-blade hard alloy large diameter cutting tools are wear-resistant, have good heat dissipation, and do not contain debris.
