1. The number of samples produced in a single batch for the gap part can reach 24. After the first batch of samples is processed, the next batch of samples does not require tool alignment.

2. The cutting part has optimized the product structure, electrical machinery, and spindle, greatly improving accuracy, and is no longer limited to rough machining. The rectangular sample can be directly cut into shape without the need for secondary processing.

The base connecting plate and other materials are all made of 12mm thick medium carbon steel integrated processing and forming (non welding), with surface precision grinding treatment to ensure the integrity and flatness of the equipment.
