Composition

1. Oxygen bomb (air bomb) stainless steel explosion-proof tank box: mainly composed of outer box, insulation layer, heater, constant temperature aluminum sleeve, stainless steel pressure tank, sample disk, overpressure automatic protection device, stainless steel countertop and so on.

2. Electrical control system: imported intelligent P.I.D thermostat (with automatic calculation function) and the use of high-precision PT100 thermoelectric coupling sensor and timer composition.

3. Pressure control system: through the pressure controller can control the pressure of compressed air or oxygen (compressed air source and oxygen source)

Test condition

1.Materials with substantially different components should not be tested simultaneously.

2.There is no contact between the sample and the tank wall.

3.The effective volume of the sample tank should not be greater than 1/10.

4.The oxygen should be purity of not less than 97% industrial oxygen, the air should be oil-free and humid air (self-provided compressor).

1.Oxygen bomb test temperature: 70℃, pressure: 2.1MPa±0.07

2.Air bomb test temperature: 127℃, test pressure: 0.55MPa±0.02
