1. Head mold: Fully comply with the provisions of Appendix A of GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Helmets" standard.
2. Drop hammer: Mass is 5-5.01kg, made of 45 # steel. The hammer head is hemispherical with a radius of 48mm, made of 45 # steel, and has a symmetrical and uniform appearance.
3. Base: Mass not less than 500kg, made of concrete seat material.
4. Platform: capable of controlling the lifting, suspension, and release of impact hammers.
5. Force sensor: measuring range 0-20KN, frequency corresponding to 5kHz, dynamic force sensor, accurate to 1N.
6. Drop hammer height: 1000mm ± 5mm.
7. Working power supply: AC220V, 50Hz.
Technical parameters for puncture test
1. Head mold: It fully complies with the provisions of Appendix A of GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Helmets" standard. The upper surface of the head mold is made of metal and can be repaired after being impacted.
2. Piercing cone: with a mass of 3-3.05kg and made of 45 # steel. Cone degree 60 °, cone tip radius 0.5mm, length 40mm, maximum diameter 28mm, hardness HRC45.
3. Base: Mass not less than 500kg, made of concrete seat material.
4. Platform: capable of controlling the lifting, suspension, and release of impact hammers.
