    Features                                   

    1. The conical calorimeter adopts a sub cabinet design method, and the analysis cabinet is movable. It can be used for testing conical calorimeters and can also be connected to large-scale heat release rate testing systems such as individual combustion testing devices, solid room fire and cable combustion classification detection, in accordance with testing standards such as ISO 5660, ASTM E1354, GB/T16172, etc;

    2. Integrated testing body and 19 inch analysis cabinet, embedded with PC type 15 inch industrial touch screen computer, used for the entire control and testing process;

    3. The rated power of the conical heater is 5000W, with a thermal output of 0-100kW/m2. It is controlled by a PID temperature controller, and the radiation cone can be placed horizontally or vertically;

    4. The sample box can accommodate samples up to 100mm x 100mm x 50mm in size;

    5. Sample weighing range: 0-2000g; Accuracy: 0.1g (different ranges and accuracies can also be provided according to customer requirements);

    6. The ignition system is a high-voltage spark generator of no less than 10KV, which adopts a rotating cylinder for automatic positioning;

    7. Paramagnetic oxygen analyzer, range 0-25%, response time: 4 seconds, linear deviation: 0.5% FS, repeatability: 50 ppm O2, sensitivity drift: 0.1 vol.% O2/week or 1% measured value/week (non cumulative), whichever is smaller, detection limit: 50 ppm O2;

    8. Non dispersive infrared CO and CO2 analyzer CO: 0-1%; CO2: 0-10%, measurement principle: infrared absorption, response time: 2.5 seconds, linear deviation: 1% FS, repeatability: 0.5% FS, zero drift: 1% FS/week, detection limit: 0.5% FS;

    9. Smoke density analysis uses a laser system to measure smoke density, which consists of a photodiode, helium neon laser, main detector, and auxiliary detector;

    10. The exhaust system consists of fans, smoke hoods, exhaust pipes, and orifice flow meters. The flow rate of the smoke exhaust fan is adjustable from 0 to 50g/s, with an accuracy of 0.1g/s;

    11. The circular sampler is installed in the intake duct 685 mm away from the smoke hood, and there should be 12 small holes on the sampler to homogenize the airflow components;

    12. The temperature of the airflow is measured by a sealed thermocouple with a diameter of 1.6 mm, which should be installed 100 mm above the flow measuring orifice plate;

    13. Integrated gas pretreatment system, including sampling pump, filter, condenser, peristaltic pump, and moisture filter;

    14. Temperature of condenser: 0-5 degrees, diaphragm pump, flow rate: 3 l/min, pressure: 2.5 bar;

    15. Humidity alarm unit, which can automatically alarm when the moisture in the sample gas is too high, and can communicate through testing software;

    16. Flow alarm unit, when smoke and dust in the sample gas are blocked, it can automatically alarm and prompt to replace the filtering device;

    17. Select an SB type heat flux meter with a design range of 0~100k W/m, an accuracy of ± 3%, and a repeatability of ± 0.5%, accompanied by a calibration report;

    18. Equipped with a portable water cooling system, when using a heat flow meter, users do not need to connect to external water sources or be equipped with water pipes;

    19. In order to calibrate the response of the entire testing system, methane calibration burner calibration was used to measure the C-coefficient value;

    20. The data acquisition system can automatically record the output of instruments such as gas analyzers, orifice plate flow rates, thermocouples, etc;

    21. Equipped with a software operating system, the test results include: heat release rate, flue gas flow rate, C-coefficient, sample ignition and extinguishing time, total oxygen consumption, total smoke generation, mass loss rate, total heat release, effective combustion heat, carbon dioxide generation, and carbon monoxide generation.
