The shear bending friction testing machine is mainly used to determine the shear bending friction resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics. This instrument provides the testing methods for both non presser foot and presser foot as specified in the standard, with simple and convenient operation. Place the sample within the designated fixture reference mark, fasten the fixture and lock it, use the crank rocker mechanism to achieve reciprocating motion of the left and right fixtures, and test the shear, bending, and friction resistance of the sample. The counter automatically counts, displays the speed (frequency), and has the function of automatically stopping the machine after reaching the set number of friction times. The testing machine has the function of automatically and manually adjusting the alignment of the left and right fixtures. The movement amplitude of the fixtures can be adjusted, and three sets of samples can be tested simultaneously. It is convenient to use, has a high degree of automation, and has variable frequency speed regulation.
