Testing Principle
In the compression stress test of sponge foam, the sample is placed between the upper and lower pressure plates, and the upper pressure plate is compressed downward at the specified speed for a certain amount
When the size of the sample reaches the concavity specified in Method A (Method B, Method C) required by the national standard, the load element on it will be affected
The expected pressure is fed back to the controller for processing and display, so as to measure the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials.
Features
Automatic zeroing: After receiving the test start command, the system automatically zeros.
Automatic return: After the sample fractures, it automatically returns to its initial position.
Change speed: This machine can adjust the test speed according to different samples.
Indication verification: The system can achieve accurate calibration of force values.
Control method: Test methods such as test force, test speed, and displacement can be selected according to the test needs.
