◎ Five probes are used for real-time temperature sensing. During the test, the external cylinder, the internal cylinder, the temperature regulating water tank, the thermostatic water tank and the room temperature are detected in real time, so as to truly realize the automatic temperature adjustment of the internal and external cylinders;
◎ The MCPC control
module is used to monitor the status of the instrument in real time, save the
instrument parameters, and the test process is completed independently without
the intervention of the upper computer, realizing offline operation and self diagnosis
reminder of the instrument, greatly improving the reliability of the
instrument;
◎ New automatic
oxygen charging and venting device and automatic lifting mechanism of oxygen
bomb are adopted, which can automatically lift and release oxygen, with high
degree of automation and simple and convenient operation;
◎ The automatic
identification technology of oxygen bomb is adopted to automatically
distinguish the heat capacity of different oxygen bombs;
◎ The pump
circulation mode is adopted to make the temperature of each point of the whole
calorimetric system of the instrument fairly balanced, so as to ensure the
accuracy of the test results;
◎ Thermal insulation
materials are used to isolate the influence of external environment, and the
instrument has strong anti-interference ability;
◎ The probe type
electronic measuring cup is used to automatically measure the water volume of
the inner cylinder. The repetition error is less than 0.5g, and the water
volume of the inner cylinder is accurate and stable. The test time is short and
the results are accurate;
◎ Automatic judgment
function of ignition wire, which can accurately judge the bad state of ignition
wire;
◎ Digital barometer
is used to facilitate observation;
◎ Filter device for
test water is used to prevent impurities from blocking the water path;
◎ According to the
working conditions of the laboratory, it can be converted from desktop to
vertical structure;
◎ It can be
connected to the laboratory management system to ensure that the balance data
does not fall to the ground, and the test results are backed up and uploaded;
◎ For solid waste
samples, special oxygen bomb, crucible and other accessories can be selected;
◎ The optional
oxygen bomb gas collection device is used to collect the gas in the oxygen
bomb.
