● The MCPC control module and touch screen are used to monitor the status of the instrument in real time, save the instrument parameters, and the test process is completed independently without the intervention of the upper computer, realizing offline operation and self diagnosis reminder of the instrument, greatly improving the reliability of the instrument;

● Stepping motor and high-precision angle encoder control system are adopted, with accurate positioning and fast sample weighing;

● Automatic sample weighing, automatic identification of moisture drying, automatic calculation, storage and printing of results. Built in precision electronic balance, stable and reliable weighing;

● PID temperature control algorithm is adopted, with higher temperature control accuracy;

● Nitrogen drying method or air drying method can be adopted;

● With power off memory function, the test data will not be lost if the test process is interrupted accidentally, and the test can be completed automatically after power on;
