Structure & functions

  1. Temperature control:

a. Using fiber optic temperature sensors;

c. Temperature control range: can be set arbitrarily within the range of 0-250 , with temperature digital display

2. Time control: Free setting of working time, digital display, accurate to seconds, maximum working time set to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds (0-6000 minutes)

3. Process monitoring:

a. LED spotlights and start/stop switches are installed inside the microwave cavity, and the working conditions inside the furnace can be monitored through the door observation window

b. Set up color video surveillance to monitor the internal material reaction situation, and use the video to understand the working condition of the reaction system

d. The rear plate of the furnace chamber is equipped with a moisture exhaust fan, which can quickly remove the tail gas inside the furnace chamber, ensure a micro negative pressure environment inside the furnace chamber, and protect the operators
