DRH-II-300 Fully Automatic Thermal Conductivity Tester (dual protection hot plate method)

This instrument is based on the principle of unidirectional stable thermal conductivity. When the upper and lower surfaces of the sample are at different stable temperatures, the heat flux passing through the effective heat transfer area of the sample, as well as the temperature difference and thickness between the two surfaces of the sample, are measured to calculate the thermal conductivity. Satisfied the high-precision testing requirements of the material testing and research department for the thermal conductivity of materials. It mainly tests plastic, glass, fiber, foam, thermal insulation materials, etc. Widely used in material analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production plants.

    Performance characteristics of DRH-II-300 fully automatic thermal conductivity tester (dual protection hot plate method):

    1. Automatic thickness measurement: High precision displacement sensors are used for measurement and connected to a computer for automatic thickness measurement, reducing human error.

    2. Automatic pressurization system: The computer automatically pressurizes and can test the thermal conductivity under different pressures, which is more scientific, data-driven, and has better repeatability than manual pressurization.

    3. Adopting dual panel detection for higher accuracy.

    The main technical indicators of the DRH-II-300 fully automatic thermal conductivity tester (dual protection hot plate method) are:

    1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.001~3.000W/mk;

    2. Test accuracy: ± 3%;

    3. Sample size: Double specimen 300 × three hundred × (10-50) mm; Flatness:<0.05 mm

    4. Hot surface temperature range: room temperature~100 , temperature resolution 0.01 , measurement accuracy: 0.05 ;

    5. Cold noodle temperature range: 0-60 , temperature resolution 0.01 ;

    6. Computer controlled fully automated testing, data processing, and generation of detection reports that can be printed out;

    7. Using high-precision displacement sensors and connected to a computer for automatic thickness measurement, with a measurement range of 0-50mm and a resolution of 0.01mm;

    8. It can automatically pressurize and detect the thermal conductivity under different pressure states. The pressurization range is adjustable from 0 to 1000N, with a resolution of 0.1N.

    9. Temperature difference between hot and cold plates: default value of 20 , users can also set it themselves
