The thermal conductivity of materials is an important parameter indicator for studying their thermal physical properties. The instrument adopts the principle of thermal protection plate method, which meets the high-precision testing requirements of the material testing and research department for the thermal conductivity of materials.

    Main technical performance

    1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.02~2w/m · k

    2. Test accuracy: ≤ ± 3%

    3. Hot surface temperature range: room temperature~95 , resolution 0.01 .

    4. Cold surface temperature range: room temperature~30 , resolution 0.01 , using semiconductor refrigeration.

    Note: Thermostatic water tank cooling can be selected according to customer requirements, with a temperature control range of 0-100 , and the cost will be calculated separately.

    5. Power supply: 220V/50HZ; Power 1KW.

    6. Calorimetric power supply: voltage 0-36V, resolution 0.01V; Current 0-3A, resolution 0.01A.

    7. Computer automatic testing and data printing and output.

    8. Sample size requirement: 200 × two hundred × (5-20) (mm).

    Configuration: Includes one DRH-III host, one set of software, one organic glass windshield, and one desktop computer (according to the contract configuration). If a constant temperature water tank is required, the cost will be charged separately.
