Standard
MIL-I-49456A (insulation sheet, thermal conductive resin, thermal conductive glass fiber reinforced);
GB 5598-85 (Determination of thermal conductivity of beryllium oxide ceramics)
Instrument selection
DRL-3 (enhanced type) is an increase in hot electrode temperature based on DRL-3 (standard type), mainly used for testing materials with slightly higher testing temperature requirements and lower thermal conductivity; DRL-3A is mainly used for testing materials with slightly higher temperature requirements; DRL-3B is mainly used for measuring insulation materials.
