1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.0010~3.0000w/m · k, displayed to four decimal places;

4. Cold noodle temperature range: 0-60 ℃, resolution 0.01 ℃, controlled by a constant temperature water tank (standard specifications).

Introduction to Instrument Devices
The instrument consists of a high-precision stabilized power supply, a temperature measuring instrument, a central heating plate heater, a heat protection plate heater, a constant temperature water tank, and a computer testing system.
1. Test head section: calorimeter plate, heat shield plate, and cold plate.
2. Heating system: temperature protection plate heater and metering power heater.
3. Cold plate temperature control: Constant temperature water tank.
4. Temperature measurement system: using high-precision digital instruments to ensure its accuracy and stability, and achieving internal zero point compensation.
5. The power measurement adopts a high-precision stabilized power supply for heating, with an accuracy better than 0.1%.
6. Computer testing components: computers, communication components, and testing software
The DRH-ZD series specifications come with automatic pressurization and thickness measurement functions, which can detect the thermal conductivity and resistance under different pressure states. It is very suitable for materials with compressibility:
a. Using high-precision displacement sensors and connected to a computer for automatic thickness measurement, with a measurement range of 0-50mm and a resolution of 0.01mm;
b. It can automatically pressurize and detect the thermal conductivity under different pressure states. The pressurization range is adjustable from 0 to 1000N, with a resolution of 0.1N.
Configuration: Includes one DRH-ZD-300 testing host, one set of software, one high-precision constant temperature water tank, and one branded desktop computer (configured according to the contract).
