Cavity System

68L regular hexagonal microwave industrial cavity, the bottom of the cavity is regular hexagon, compared with the traditional rectangular microwave resonant cavity, the microwave reflection is more uniform; the cavity is made of full austenitic stainless steel, and multi-layer Teflon corrosion-resistant spraying; Dual magnetron dual port vertical arrangement.

The rectangular waveguide is coaxially fed, and the microwave polygonal reflection structure can uniformly heat the samples in the tank; it can process 14 high-pressure digestion tanks at the same time.

Specially designed 120° angle double protection safety furnace door, multi-layer composite one-piece mold stamping and forming high-strength radiation leakage-proof furnace door, with safety performance such as non-deformation, shock wave resistance, and microwave leakage prevention.

Temperature And Pressure Control System

 Using high-precision PT1000 platinum resistance temperature sensor, infrared temperature sensor, and high-precision contact pressure sensor; real-time detection of the temperature of each tank, which can automatically stop microwave emission when the temperature exceeds the upper limit to ensure experimental safety.

 Rate heating: reach the target temperature accurately and uniformly within the set time.

 Infrared temperature measurement of the whole tank: The built-in infrared sensor detects the temperature of each tank and displays it in real time. When an abnormal state occurs, the working mode of the instrument can be adjusted in time to protect the digestion tank and other accessories in the cavity..

Cooling System

Cooling method: The double-turbo corrosion-resistant fan is used to force rapid air cooling in the furnace cavity, and the exhaust air volume is 5M³/min.

After the reaction is completed, the microwave stops emitting, the fan continues to work, and the instrument displays the temperature and pressure values in the reaction kettle in real time. When the pressure reaction kettle is cooled to 40 °C, the instrument buzzer prompts the end of the experiment

Software Control System

Equipped with Android operating system 10-inch color LCD capacitive touch screen (resolution 1920×1200), quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 3G running memory, 32G memory, USB interface, real-time display of temperature, time, microwave power, pressure in the reaction system The instrument can set 20 reaction stages step by step, and the reaction data group can be stored according to the requirements.

The host computer software for playing back the experimental data is randomly equipped, which can be connected to the PC host computer in real time through the local area network (WiFi), and the real-time temperature, pressure, microwave power and other experimental parameters can be viewed remotely, which is convenient for analyzing the experimental results. The abnormal situation will be alarmed, and the instrument can be shut down remotely. Equipped with a remote control device to stop the response from a long distance in an emergency state that is not connected to the Internet.

Software Control System

 The real-time monitoring interface of the 12-megapixel high-definition camera is displayed on the same screen as the curves and parameters; it can record and intercept the real reaction in the cavity in real time, and can import it into the computer through the U disk for playback.

 Set the reaction parameters in sections, a total of 20 sections, and display the temperature and pressure curve in real time. Each working section can arbitrarily set the microwave power, pressure, temperature, and time, and the set parameters can be stored as required; the experimental parameters can be exported and stored on the computer. Play back the temperature and pressure line in the middle to view the experimental parameters at any time.
