The flotation deinking method used in the deinking machine is based on the principle of mining beneficiation. According to the different wettability of fibers, fillers, and inks, the flotation machine is used to adsorb ink particles ranging from 10 to 150 microns onto air bubbles, float to the pulp surface, and remove them, while the fibers and fillers remain in the pulp. Heating accelerates the wetting, softening, expansion, and dissolution of ink particles, allowing them to seep out and decompose. Through the action of hydraulic friction and deinking agent, the ink stripped slurry fiber is adsorbed on the air foam and floats on the water surface, scrapes the foam plate and flows into the foam discharge pipe in the center of the barrel, removes and cleans out the ink from the slurry and fiber, and discharges the ink from the barrel.
