Product Inrtoduction:

The sonic sieve is a sieving instrument that tests the particle size distribution of powders. The instrument uses the vibrations generated by sound waves to carry out the screening work.     Screening Theory

    When the sonic screening machine is working, the power mainly comes from the sonic generator. Before the sieving experiment, the standard sieves are stacked into a closed assembly space. The sound waves generated by the sonic generator push the air vibrating push pads to lift the air in the enclosed screen tower assembly space up and down. At this time, a columnar air will be formed with a vibration frequency of 3600 times/minute, which will drive the air to lift up and down in the sieve hole, forcing the powder on the surface of the screen to vibrate, tumble and jump together. Powder particles smaller than the sieve hole are easily sieved, and the largest powder is collected by the collector. This high-frequency vibration mode of driving air with sound waves is the vibration frequency that cannot be reached by conventional screening instruments, which can effectively solve the problems of easy agglomeration, easy adsorption, and static electricity of ultrafine powder, and greatly improve the screening efficiency and time.
