ZRPY-SSY Double Sample Dilatometer

This instrument is used to measure the expansion and contraction properties of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glaze, refractory materials, and other non-metallic materials in a high-temperature state during the heating and roasting process. It uses a double top rod test, and can simultaneously test two samples at once.

Standards:GB/T3810.8-2016 for the determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16920-2015 for the determination of average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 for the determination of thermal expansion coefficient of graphite electrodes, GB/T 7320-2018 "Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Products", etc.

Atmosphere protection or vacuum pumping can be selected according to user requirements (optional device, additional cost).

Main technical parameters

1. Maximum furnace temperature: 1000 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1600 ℃, 1700 ℃ and other specifications are optional.

2. The heating rate is adjustable from 0 to 20 degrees per minute, and the temperature is controlled by a microcomputer program with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃;

3. Measurement of deformation range: ± 2.5mm.

4. The displacement sensor has a sensitivity of 0.1um, a measurement accuracy of 0.5 um, and an automatic calibration range;

5. The computer automatically calculates the coefficient of expansion, body expansion, and linear expansion.
