Caking Index Tester

This instrument is a special instrument for determine the caking capacity of coking coal. One motor drives two drums to rotate (rotation speed 50 ± 0.5r/min), so that the strength test of coal sample coke block is conducted in the drum, so that the adhesion ability of the sample is expressed by the abrasion resistance of the coal block (i.e. the size of the resistance to destruction).

Features:

The instrument is composed of five parts, namely synchronous motor, drum, counter, housing, etc. If the reducer is omitted, there is no oil leakage. The instrument is equipped with an electronic counter and a microcomputer control device, which can automatically set the number of revolutions to 250 to achieve automatic stop. Photoelectric switch is used for counting detection, which has the characteristics of contactless, long service life, etc.
