    Temperature measurement and control, X curve display and Y value calculation, and determination of colloid layer thickness are automatically completed by computer.

    The temperature control and temperature rise process fully comply with GB/T479-2016 Determination Method of Bituminous Coal Colloid Layer Index.

    The overall structure of intelligent induction manipulator is composed of pressure sensor, displacement sensor, stepping motor, high-intensity probe and mechanical transmission part, which can simulate human hands to complete the automatic measurement of the upper and lower layers of the thickness of the glial layer. When measuring the lower layer, the probe can automatically rotate to avoid damaging the glial layer and bringing out the glial body.

    The intelligent induction manipulator is fixed on the upper end of the column of the original furnace body, without changing the original national design standards.

    The front and back, up and down positions of the intelligent induction manipulator can be adjusted freely, and the position of the detection point can be accurately determined.

    The intelligent induction manipulator is connected through the computer, which can automatically judge the accurate measurement time and measurement level according to the volume curve type of different coals, and control the manipulator action. Through the pressure analysis of coal, it can automatically judge whether the probe reaches the required measurement level. The laboratory technician can also manually click the computer interface button to control the manipulator to measure by analyzing the volume curve, The labor intensity of manual measurement is greatly reduced, and the labor efficiency is improved. It is important to make the measurement results more scientific and accurate through the measurement of mechanical induction manipulator, and eliminate the human error of measurement results of different laboratory technicians.

    The function of timely calculating the maximum thickness Y value of the colloid layer: each time when three lower layers are measured in the experiment, the maximum thickness Y value of the colloid layer will be calculated in time. With the subsequent measurement of the upper and lower layers, the Y value will be calculated and displayed in time until the end of the experiment, and the final real maximum thickness Y value of the colloid layer will be obtained. Every data measured by the intelligent induction manipulator will not be modified by any software to ensure the authenticity of the measurement results.

    At the end of the experiment, the experiment will be automatically ended, and the experimental data will be automatically saved to facilitate the query and analysis of experimental data.
