Features
●39 samples can be set out at one time, and 78 samples can be purchased at one time. The instrument can automatically send samples, set samples, and conduct cyclic testing. The whole process does not require manual operation after setting out, and samples can be added, subtracted, and replaced at any time during the analysis process;
●The horizontal structure is adopted, and the instrument can be placed on the laboratory table, which is convenient for customers to operate;
●The advanced PID algorithm is used to control the temperature, the furnace temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy of the thermostatic chamber and the air tank can reach ± 0.1 ℃;
●The absolute pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure of the whole gas path of the instrument, which can automatically detect the air tightness of the whole gas path and the furnace, infrared pool, thermal conductivity pool, and gas storage tank;
●The instrument adopts infrared spectrum absorption method to determine carbon content and hydrogen content, and thermal conductivity method to determine nitrogen content;
●Fast test speed, high degree of automation, and the time for testing carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen is about 4 minutes;
●During the experiment, the option of "automatic cooling after the experiment" can be selected. After the experiment is completed, the computer will automatically shut down and the instrument will automatically cool down. No one can be on duty. No personnel are required to manually cool down and shut down after the test is completed;
●The experimental report can be prepared according to the customer's requirements to reduce the customer's workload;
●It can be connected to the laboratory management system to ensure that the balance data does not fall to the ground, and the test results are backed up and uploaded.
